Q: Do you have an online shop?

A: We currently have two online platforms under Lazada and Shopee.

Q: Do you accept store pick-up?

A: Yes. You can choose from the variety of watches here at our website and we'll see if the watch of your choice is available at the nearest branch near you. 

Q: What if the item on your website is not listed in Lazada and Shopee?

A: You may contact us by sending an 

Q: What if the item I am looking for is not listed on your website?

A: You may send us an                      and we will see if we have the item of your choice.

Q: What payment types are available? A: We accept the following payment options:

G-Cash, Paymaya and Bank Deposit ( BPI and BDO).

Q: I received a damaged/defective/wrong item, how do I return?

A: Check the validity of the return. You may return your item to us within 7 calendar days.

    Countdown of coverage starts from the date you received the item. 

 

  Before returning a damaged/defective item, please make sure the product is:

  • Complete with free gifts, accessories,  and in the original packaging

  • Not damaged

  • Tags & Labels attached

 

  Before returning a wrong item, please make sure the product is:

  • Unused condition

  • Complete with free gifts, accessories, and in the original packaging

  • Sealed condition - Except when item cannot be identified whilst still contained in the original packaging

  • Not damaged

  • Tags & Labels attached

 

     Returning an item is free from us as long as it under warranty.

 

Q: If my product is within the warranty duration, will I pay for the repair? 

A: If your product is within warranty duration and is damaged by the mechanical system, we got it covered. 

     Watch warranty will not cover customer's mishandling of the product. 

     

Q: If my product is not within the warranty duration, will I pay for the repair?

A: If your product is not within the warranty duration, you will shoulder the repair costs of the product.

Q: Where can I have my watch repaired or battery replaced?

A: We have in-house watch technicians to cater to your watch needs. 

     If the product is under warranty, just show them your warranty card and you're good to go!

 

Q:How will I return my item?

A: We have two options: 

   PICKUP: For appointment    

   Visit your nearest Watch Unlimited or sister company Branch.
